Technology is no stranger at Sir George Simpson. We have 3 regular computer labs, 1 wireless computer lab and several computers in the library. This allows S.G.S. to be on top of the ICT curriculum and meet the needs of our diverse population, by providing courses that span many areas of our technological society.

Television and Radio

Here at SGS we have our own TV and Radio Stations! Our TV Station is a closed circuit TV station that is organized and run by students. Students do the morning announcements, commercials, and special broadcasts around the school. You can be a part of this through the TV/Radio Class or the TV/Radio Club. We cover sports, arts, and any special events going on around the school. We use top of the line computer video editing software just like movie makers and newsrooms all over the world. 98.5FM SGS Radio plays a variety of music for staff and students. 98.5 FM is an actual FM radio station that is picked up on any FM radio close to the school. The radio station is student run and organized, where students are the DJ's. Students play the music, talk on the radio and can do play by plays for the Simpson Voyageur Sports teams.
